We will reply to your questions and give you an estimated salary bracket straight away. Full transparency, no waiting until the 3rd round of interviews to discuss the important stuff...

If you're satisfied with the salary bracket then we should meet (in person or virtual). We will verify your identity, confirm your qualifications and assess your communication skills. We will present the specialist job roles we think you are suitable for and discuss the career pathways associated.

You've chosen your career path. We've confirmed the salary. Now you meet with our client. They already trust your skills - because they trust us - but they still need to do their own diligence.
