If you're satisfied with the salary bracket then we should meet (in person or virtual). We will verify your identity, confirm your qualifications and assess your communication skills. We will present the specialist job roles we think you are suitable for and discuss the career pathways associated.
You've chosen your career path. We've confirmed the salary. Now you meet with our client. They already trust your skills - because they trust us - but they still need to do their own diligence. Expect them to ask about your work processes, how you deal with conflict and how you will be able to contribute to the project we're working on
