Sandy joins Vetted Solutions to ensure we remain structured and orientated for sustainable growth. Sandy applies her experience to determine which projects align with our long-term business model while offering our members meaningful industry upskilling and development.

Sandy brings a wealth of experience on Government, NGO and commercial sector regulatory conformance, insurance and taxation. Sandy is pleased to support our organisation in offering real benefits, security and career progression to our members.

Emily has an 8-year background in professional governance working with state and Commonwealth government agencies. A qualified teacher with accreditations in human resource management and administration, Emily specialised in resolving organisational deficiencies in preparation for regulatory inspections.

Emily joins Vetted Solutions to convert ADF and APS experience with our project management and ICT competency framework. Uniquely qualified to verify experience and qualifications against industry roles, Emily ensures the professional expectations of our clients are translatable for first time consultants.

Emily is responsible for our education program – which represents more than a monetary allowance – she prides herself in empowering individuals to grow their own career. Emily loves showing prospective employees just how desirable their skills are in the job market and how we can support them.

Bailey joins Vetted Solutions directly from the ADF where he served for 14 years in both operational and capability delivery roles. Bailey’s background is as a Principal Warfare Officer with experience across multiple platforms, capability directorates and tri-service environments.

Bailey holds a Master’s in project management and is engaged in further postgraduate study in sustainable capability development. Bailey joins the leadership team as our primary veteran liaison, we rely on Bailey to understand and translate Defence skills and resumes for industry application.

Bailey is responsible for ensuring our employer value proposition is meaningful and competitive for both our existing and new employees. His support to the management team is concurrent to his fulltime engagement with our primary clients.
